Your unique role with the company:
While reporting to the CAE Program Manager you will be responsible to technically support my clients customers by providing solutions for their applications and problems; primarily by injection molding simulation. You will be giving presentations and design seminars to external and internal customers. Through your technical skills you will steer adequate solutions for the component and/or system design. You will work closely with marketing and sales departments, technology partners, engineers and key customer accounts to provide the right level of support for existing business and new development programs.  
Location: Suburb of Detroit Michigan  
What we are looking for in a Candidate:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CAE. Or 5 years injection molding processing experience and 5 years CAE experience
  • Strong ability and solid experience in performing injection molding simulation with Autodesk Moldflow.
  • Silver or Gold (Professional or Expert) Certified in Autodesk Moldflow Simulation Software
  • Wide knowledge in plastics engineering and high performance polymers.
  • Practical knowledge in injection molding process.
  • Good presentation skills (verbal, written), a solution oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of injection molding simulation and experience in simulating using Moldflow and/or Moldex 3D
  • Accountability & Reliability: Is willing and able to set and meet ambitious project targets.
