Experience as a Customer Quality Engineering Manager or Senior Customer Quality Engineer seeking a Management role. Must have Automotive Electronics experience or have worked for one of the following customers: Hyundai, Kia, Fiat, Ford, Mercedes, GM, Nissan, Mitsubishi, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Chrysler, Mazda and Honda in a Customer Quality Engineering role.
Provide overall leadership for the Customer Quality team to ensure timely responses to customer requirements and concerns. Will supervise 10 Engineers and 7 Technicians. Lead the Customer Quality function by implementing the AIAG defined APQP processes. Lead all aspects of the customer returns analysis for warranty returns.
