Hudson-based, privately-held financial services corporation with nationwide presence is seeking a results-oriented, professional Marketing and Sales Manager to assist in establishing customer relationships, branding, publicity activities, advertising and customer interaction in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
Successful candidate will develop, promote, implement sales and marketing strategies, participate in development of e-commerce marketing plans and client proposal documents, and work with team to achieve sales goals in a competitive market.
Manager will conduct market research, analyze and identify auto finance industry future trends, and monitor current and future customers’ preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Responsibilities will include customer relationships through current and prospective client contacts, providing customer service, and participation in industry-related events.
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, exceptional writing skills, sales leadership, creative thinker, digitally fluent, and organizational skills are required. Develops and maintains company marketing calendar and currency with professional organizations and publications.
BA/BS degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, business, management, marketing or related field, and minimum 5 years’ experience. Proficiency in marketing automation to generate leads and convert to customers. Experience as a sales representative, corporate communications, content marketing, relationship management, advertising, e-commerce marketing or public relations is an asset.
