Summary: Maintains Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset Systems, various month-end duties including journal entries and account reconciliations, and assists in weekly and monthly forecasting and budgeting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

h Process, analyze, and reconcile Sales and Accounts Receivables.

h Perform monthly reconciliations of asset accounts.

h Maintain fixed asset programs: add, change, and delete when needed, and create general ledger entries.

h Assist in forecasting cash flows

h Assist in tracking of capital projects.

h Monthly and yearly reporting requirements (month-end journals and reports as required).

h Assist in preparation of monthly forecast and yearly budget.

h Track the progress of continuous improvement road map.

h Special projects as assigned.

h Carries out assigned functions described in Policies, Procedures, and Quality Manuals.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience:

h Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities:

h Will have 1-3 years accounting experience.

h Must possess knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

h Must be able to work in a team oriented environment.
