DescriptionAutomotive Plant Manager for Tier One automotive supplier supporting multiple customers. Full plant management responsibilities - Safety, HR, quality, materials, engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing.
Requirements: - BS required, Masters a plus. - Existing Plant Manager in the automotive industry - P & L - Strong customer relations - Minimum of five years experience as a plant manager in the automotive industry. Bilingual Spanish skills are required. Strong background in TPS / Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement is required.
